Privacy Policy
This document describes how Verity mod for MCPE (the “Application”) handles information when you install or use it. Please read it before using the Application.
1. Information handled by the Application
We limit data processing to information reasonably needed to provide the Application, show advertising, manage purchases, understand performance, and correct technical problems.
- Technical and activity information: app version, device model, operating system, language, time zone, general country or region, session activity, viewed screens, feature interactions, performance data, errors, and crash reports.
- Identifiers: an app installation identifier, advertising identifier when available and permitted, and pseudonymous identifiers created by our service providers.
- Subscription and transaction information: product identifier, purchase token, receipt, price, currency, trial or subscription state, renewal status, and access entitlement. Payment details such as a full bank-card number are processed by Google Play and are not provided to us.
- Messages sent to us: if you contact support, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
The Application does not intentionally request your contact list, precise GPS location, personal photos, videos, or microphone recordings for its normal operation.
2. Why information is used
Information may be used to deliver app functionality, confirm subscriptions and premium access, display and measure ads, analyze how features perform, diagnose crashes, improve reliability, answer support requests, detect misuse or fraudulent purchases, and satisfy applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements.
3. Advertising
The Application displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Depending on your age, region, device settings, and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Ad services may process advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device and app information, ad impressions, clicks, and interaction data for ad delivery, frequency control, reporting, security, and fraud prevention.
Where required by law, an appropriate consent prompt is shown before information is used for personalized advertising. You can also limit ad personalization or reset the advertising identifier through your device's privacy settings. Choosing non-personalized advertising does not remove ads from the Application.
4. Services used by the Application
We rely on third-party platforms that may process data under their own terms and privacy policies:
- Google AdMob: advertising delivery, measurement, reporting, and protection against invalid traffic.
- Firebase Analytics: aggregated usage statistics and product analytics.
- Firebase Crashlytics: crash diagnostics, stack traces, and device or app details connected with an error.
- Google Play Billing: secure purchase processing, subscription status, and transaction confirmation.
- Apphud: subscription management, receipt validation, product access, trial status, and purchase analytics.
These providers may use servers in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing practices are governed by their respective privacy notices.
5. Legal grounds for processing
For users in the EEA, United Kingdom, and other regions with similar rules, processing may be based on performance of a contract when we provide app or subscription features; legitimate interests in maintaining, securing, and improving the Application; compliance with legal obligations; or your consent when consent is legally required, including for certain advertising or analytics activities.
6. Disclosure of information
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be made available to the service providers named above only for the tasks they perform, to professional advisers where necessary, to public authorities when legally required, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets. Appropriate notice will be provided when required.
7. How long data is kept
Analytics, advertising, and diagnostic records are retained according to the settings and retention periods of the relevant service, normally only for as long as they are useful for the purposes described here. This may commonly range from 3 to 24 months. Transaction records may be kept longer when needed for receipts, refunds, chargebacks, fraud prevention, audits, accounting, or legal obligations. Support correspondence is removed when it is no longer needed.
8. Your controls and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of personal information, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. To submit a request, email kolesnikovulij94@gmail.com. We may ask for enough information to verify the request. Some data is pseudonymous, so we may be unable to connect it to you without a relevant app or service identifier.
You may also manage advertising and privacy controls through device settings, the consent options presented in the Application, and your Google Play account.
9. Children's privacy
The Application is not intended for children below 13 years of age, or below the minimum digital-consent age that applies in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.
10. Data protection
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no internet transmission, software product, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. International data transfers
When information is processed outside your home country, we and our providers rely on legally recognized safeguards where required, which may include adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or equivalent transfer mechanisms.
12. Policy updates
This Privacy Policy may change when the Application, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will display a revised effective date. If an update materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when legally required.
13. Contact
Questions, complaints, and privacy requests can be sent to kolesnikovulij94@gmail.com. Users in the EEA or United Kingdom may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in their country.
